” Don’t Call Me Name’s “

Melinda a young teen who carried negative thoughts about herself. She was an average young lady. She got up one morning preparing herself for school. She lived in a single parent house hold. Her mom was divorce, and she had three other siblings. She was always dependent upon from her mother. She was like the mother and big sister. She lived in an unhappy home. There wasn’t any joy because her mother was a bitter woman. Nothing  Melinda did was never right in her mothers eyes. She was always criticized by her own mother. She would always receive name callings. [Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.] She went on to school, and there at school she would run into others who would talk about the way she talked, the way she looked. They would call her names. There was no getting away around it.  She would cry, and wondered what did she do ever do to be so condemn by others. Many nights she would spend her time outdoors. The beauty of God’s creation the “Moon” would be so bright. She would look up at the moon and begin to talk. She would release how she felt. She would cry, and sometimes she would laugh. She knew in her heart there is a God, and she always wondered if He really was paying any attention to her because she was crying so much, and she felt so weak. [2 Corinthians 12:10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.] The next morning;  Melinda went to school and she approach those whom had been calling her names: She spoke with a Strong, and soft voice with determination. : Don’t call Me Name’s!! ~You don’t know what I’ve been through. The childhood I’ve had. How much I hate myself. What I do to my self when I’m alone. How much I just want to give up. How much my heart hurts. How much I cry.~ Many paused and got quiet, and listen to her. She felt so good after she had spoken up and out. There her life had not been the same. [Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.] Amen!! Amen!!
